If you have not done so, complete the Volunteer Sign Up form prior to selecting a position

 Be part of the Box Office Team! Check-In Passholders, and process sales of passes, individual tickets, and pre-ordered lunches. You will have a Lead available at all times to assist you. 

 Scan passes and tickets for each screening, hand out & collect ballots, and monitor attendee lines.

Training will be provided, and you will have a Lead available at all times 

 Welcome Filmmakers and Patrons to the festival.  Greet, direct, and guide festival patrons to the appropriate event location. As part of our Hospitality Team, you will help create a warm and welcoming environment by ensuring supplies, snacks, and beverages are stocked and available. Maintain a neat and organized space at all times.  

 As a Screening Host, you will introduce the Film or Film Block to the audience and meet, coordinate, and conduct the Q&A sessions with the attending filmmakers. 

 As a Film Talk Assistant, you will assist in preparing the Gallery Theatre for the Film Talks, monitoring attendees, distributing pre-ordered lunches, providing support for the Film Talk Presenter as needed, and restoring the Gallery Theatre for lounge day use. 

 Help get the Festival ready by assisting with pre-festival set-up and post-festival breakdown, where and as needed 

 Welcome Filmmakers and help with their Check-In! Issue filmmaker passes and swag bags, provide information for local establishments, and answer any questions they may have.
 

 Help us make our events the best they can be! Assist in the decoration and preparation of event space, and help maintain a neat and organized area to ensure a smooth flow of event activities. Support overall Event Manager as requested. 

  Assist Filmmakers with locating screenings and theatres and help with general inquiries! Provide information about local establishments, restaurants, and things to do, and answer any questions they may have.
