 Be part of the Box Office Team! Check-In Passholders, and process sales of passes, individual tickets, and pre-ordered lunches. You will have a Lead available at all times to assist you. 

 Scan passes and tickets for each screening and hand out & collect ballots.

Training will be provided.

 Welcome Filmmakers and Patrons!
Greet, direct, and guide festival patrons to the appropriate event location.   

 Welcome Filmmakers and help with their Check-In! Issue filmmaker passes and swag bags, provide information for local establishments, and answer any questions they may have.
 

 Check-in volunteers for their shifts, guide them to their location and distribute T-shirts.
 

 Be part of our Hospitality Team and help create a warm and welcoming environment for our filmmakers and patrons! Ensure supplies, snacks, and beverages are stocked and available. Maintain a neat and organized space at all times.

Assist with the pre-festival set-up and post-festival breakdown where and as needed 

 Host and introduce film blocks at the festival and conduct Q&A with attending filmmakers
 

Assist in preparing the Hospitality Tent for the Film Talks, distributing pre-ordered lunches, and provide support for the Film Talk Presenter 

 Help us make our events the best they can be!
Assist in the decoration and preparation of event space, and help maintain a neat and organized area to ensure a smooth flow of event activities. Support overall Event Manager as requested. 

 Venue Leads will coordinate the logistics and tasks associated with the needs of the events at the Venue and guide attendees. Venue Assistants will support the Venue Lead by executing those logistics and tasks, including Q&A set-ups, venue preparation, and help maintain a neat and organized area to ensure a smooth flow of event activities.

  Assist Filmmakers and Sponsors with locating screenings and theatres and help with general inquiries! Provide information about local establishments, restaurants, and things to do and answer any questions they may have.
