Lilliana emigrated from Costa Rica to Los Angeles in 1964 and has lived in Cambria since 1997 with her husband Jeff. In 1993, Lilliana founded Montero Corporate Services, a business compliance service for firms in the entertainment industry. She previously served as Assistant Corporate Secretary for various subsidiaries of Security Pacific Bank and as a Corporate Paralegal for different major entertainment law firms and a film production company in Los Angeles. Through her extensive work experience and business establishment, she has gained the invaluable skills of effective leadership, management, planning, goal setting, and communication. Lilliana’s interest in film festivals began while supporting her sons, Kyle and Carlos, who are award-winning independent filmmakers. Through attending, volunteering for, and establishing lasting relationships with the leadership of a variety of film festivals, she has gained a thorough understanding of the workings of film festivals and is passionate about supporting independent filmmakers and eager to share this passion with our community through the Film Arts branch of CCA.

Jeff and his wife Lilliana have lived in Cambria since 1997. Since 2001, they have operated Montero Corporate Services together, focusing on serving the entertainment industry. His past career as a Community Television coordinator for a national cable television company involved production in both film and video mediums. He also worked as a freelance editor and cinematographer for several independent films and for clients including ESPN, The Food Network, and MTV. Jeff and Lilliana have two sons who are award-winning filmmakers. As a family, they have produced several film projects together. Jeff brings his vast knowledge of the film, television, and music industry to the Cambria Film Festival.

Deborah‘s background is in financial services, sales and marketing. She previously was in corporate marketing for an NPR affiliate and has experience working with non- profit organizations to create and maximize exposure for their events and fundraising campaigns. An accomplished musician, her passions are travelling and supporting the arts.

Morgan Childers is a lifelong storyteller whose creative journey spans marketing, songwriting, and the arts. As the owner of Childers Marketing Group, and with over 25 years of experience in marketing and communications, Morgan has helped organizations shape their narratives and connect with audiences across industries including education, non-profits, and small business development. Outside of his professional work, Morgan is the founder of the Paso Robles Woodcrafters Club, co-founder of the Central Coast band Second Chance Lucky, an award-winning songwriter and visual artist, and a budding screenwriter. Morgan and his wife, Tanja, live in Paso Robles with their three dogs and enjoy visits with their five grown children.
Sean Tuck has spent 35 years working for the Oracle corporation, and will be retiring in September. Due to his interest in film, he plans to continue volunteering at both the SLO and Cambria film festivals. Besides watching films, Sean enjoys hiking, painting, and cooking.
